At TP-Link Tapo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your smart home experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your devices in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the Tapo device is factory reset and packed in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and power adapters.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware to confirm it meets our return criteria, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
